You are an Infinite Being

Channeled Message from Adam of Telstar

Are you identified with your body? Or are you identified more with your infinite self? Most people are primarily identified with their physical bodies. So why would that be a problem? Allow me to explain a few things that perhaps you haven't thought of before.

Let's look at the two possibilities of what you can primarily identify with, and observe the pros and cons of each one. We shall start with describing the basic nature of the physical body, as your first possibility.

The difficulties of the physical body

The physical body is a part of this dualistic universe, and is wholly integrated with it. Therefore it carries within its make-up all of the pitfalls of that same finite universe, the most notable one being the fact that it can easily perish at a moment's notice.

Due to this ongoing threat of death, the physical body is highly reactive to its surrounding environment. Its primary mandate is to survive in any and all circumstances, wherever that is possible. Therefore it is always on the lookout for what could go wrong, in order to protect itself.

What I am describing here exists primarily as a function of the physical brain, which in reality is not the most intelligent part of your being. Unfortunately, the physical brain is imbued with a certain level of anxiety that comes with the need to fend off death in all its forms. This can also include a fear of death of one's known identity. In other words, it is imperative to the brain that you always know who you are, even if that identity is false.

The shape and form of that identity must, by necessity, be part and parcel to the body's finite realm of existence. This means that this identity will contain good and bad, along with right and wrong. Duality must exist as its foundational matrix.

So overall, the realm of the body is a very volatile and relatively unpredictable existence. But you already know this, don't you? Of course! Because you experience this every day. Some days you feel good and some days you feel bad. And oftentimes you are not even sure why.

Therefore, if your primary identity is with your body, your overall sense of self can be very much like a roller coaster ride, where you spend every single day trying to hang onto your identity and even your very life.

This is why it is so confusing and even frustrating to try and evolve from the physical matrix of the body itself as your center of beingness. It is simply far too unpredictable. You are unable to control all of the outside elements that your body is in a perpetual state of reacting to.

Think about it this way. In a finite universe of duality, there is an ongoing, rolling sea of conflict. Your body and your brain must continually adapt to that conflict and maintain some sense of equilibrium or homeostasis on a physical, mental, and emotional level. If you, as an infinite being, try to center yourself in that rolling sea, you will never have a true sense of stability or empowerment in your life. You will find it very difficult to feel centered on a consistent basis. Much of your experience will be about fear, anxiety, and coping.

What is the alternative?

Now let us discuss the second way that you can identify yourself, and it goes without saying that this is the best way because it is the higher truth. You can identify yourself as the infinite being that you truly are.

Of course, I acknowledge that for you this is likely easier said than done. And why is that? It is because you have made it a habit, as a human species on Earth, to spend multiple generations living under the false identity that you are a finite body that can perish.

Let me explain to you why this false identity makes no sense. The primary reason as to why it makes no sense is because you are not finite! And you also know this, or you wouldn't be talking about all of the things that can happen to you after you "die". In fact, if you truly thought that you are your body you would never even conceive of things like heaven, hell, and reincarnation because there would be no point. The body would be no more, so that would be the end of the story.

So on some level, you are already fully aware of the truth that you are infinite and that you cannot die. Perhaps now it is time to start living that truth instead of putting yourself through the misery of believing that you are your physical body.

What are the advantages of acknowledging your infinite nature?

There are powerful advantages to acknowledging that you are an infinite being, and living as though that is true. Which, of course, it is. So let's look at some of those advantages.

First, orienting yourself and your experience in the truth about your infinite self provides you with a profound level of empowerment that supersedes all possibilities inherent in the finite universe. It's a way of experientially stepping away from the circle of duality that your physical body resides in.

Life suddenly takes on an entirely new look and perspective. You are now standing in a calm place of truth where you are no longer feeling a need to protect your finite identity at all costs. Instead, you can look upon your physical body with the love and care it deserves because you are not caught up in its survivalist ways. You are able to act from love, not fear. You are actually able to calm the body down. You will also inject the brain with new frequencies of love and calmness.

The second big advantage to being centered in your infinite self is that you will find yourself positioned in an entirely new way when it comes to your personal and planetary evolution. You will have placed yourself in an arena of intelligence that gives you positive answers instead of being filled with confusing, conflicting questions. You will be positioned at the highest level of co-creatorship with the benevolent forces in this universe that wish to help you.

You will no longer feel like you are flailing around looking for answers. You will find it much easier to trust your heart.

How can I be centered in my infinite self?

Being centered in your infinite self as your true identity, and making that real for yourself, will require a different kind of focus. It will require taking some time to be with your inner self, and connecting with your heart.

The only thing that will stand in the way of this is your false ego. You know what that is, don't you? It's the never-ending voice in your head that acts as a moderator about your entire life. It's the one that tells you why you can't do anything that your heart desires. It's the voice that is an expert at painting the worst case scenarios for you in all of its 3D mental imagery. It's the one that can be counted on to terrorize you about making any positive changes in your life.

So you will have to do two things. First, you will have to make a decision to ignore that voice. You will have to break the incessant habit of always incorporating its negativity into your every experience.

And secondly, you will have to be willing to spend some time alone in meditation where you learn to listen to your heart, and afford it the credibility it deserves. By doing this as much as possible, you will gradually shift your center away from the perils of the physical body, and become more and more aligned with the stability of your infinite self that never dies.

The things that will help you the most with this transition are prayer, humility, a sincere desire coupled with effort, and a willingness to accept the larger, more profound answers that your heart provides.

So consider making that effort to shift your consciousness away from a belief that you are your body. Move back into the arena of your infinite self. You will feel empowered, and your body will feel the enormous love and support that you, as an infinite being, are capable of providing.
